I made up this recipe on a Sunday afternoon, and it turned out to be the best batch of granola I've ever made. I never buy granola/muesli from the supermarket because it's always loaded with tons of refined sugar..don't let the 'low fat' labels on those packages fool you for one second. Of course it's low fat, It's practically made out of sugar!
